Notice of the AGM of Saracens FHC for 2008

As required by some regulation somewhere, we will be having our AGM on Tuesday April 8th upstairs at the Hop in Brew pub starting at 7:00 pm. Food will be provided. The Hop in Brew pub is at 213 12th Ave SW. Those attending are eligible for a discount on their 2008 season fees.

The Agenda will be roughly:

1. Call to Order
2. Reports -- from all office bearers and outdoor and indoor captains
3. Awards
4. Elections -- all positions are up for grabs:
   • President (currently Tony Stewart)
   • Secretary / Treasurer (Michael Seth)
   • FHAC Rep (David Fettes)
   • Social Ctte. (min. 2 - Paul Jacobs, Jason McDougall, Wendy Stewart)
   • Norm's Lunch Organiser (Norm)
   • Outdoor Team Captains (2)
