Notice of the AGM of Saracens FHC for 2009

As required by some regulation somewhere, we will be having our AGM on Wednesday April 15th upstairs at the Hop in Brew pub starting at 6:30 pm. Food will be provided. The Hop in Brew pub is at 213 12th Ave SW. Those attending are eligible for a discount on their 2009 season fees.

The Agenda will be roughly:

1. Call to Order
2. Reports -- from all office bearers and outdoor and indoor captains
3. Awards
4. Elections -- all positions are up for grabs:
   • President (currently Tony Stewart)
   • Secretary/FHAC Rep (Mark Cooper)
   • Treasurer (Michael Seth)
   • Norm's Lunch Organiser (Norm)
   • Outdoor Team Captains (2)
   • Indoor Team Captains (3)
